Project Planning & Controls Services

P&M has been awarded a 3 year contract to perform project planning & controls type functions on a work order basis for capital design and construction projects for the Seattle Public Utilities Division. The nature of the work includes but is not limited to: develop tools and methodologies; project planning and controls services including estimating; cost controls; scheduling and risk management.
