Job Opening A. Project Delivery and Management Consultants
Location: Tacoma/Seattle
Exempt/Non-exempt/Wage: Exempt or HOURLY (1099 contract or non-exempt employee)

PURPOSE: To provide project delivery and management consulting solutions and services including capital program and project solutions.

- Procurement Strategy and Alternative Delivery Processes
- Project Delivery Solutions Development
- Project Controls Solutions
- Scheduling Management
- Cost Controls
- Estimating
- Risk Management
- Claims Analysis and Dispute Resolutions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, OTHER WORK CHARACTERISTICS:
The successful candidate must have strong personal initiative and work independently. Must possess the ability to perform multiple tasks, prioritize, organize, and complete projects under time constraints. Must have a good working knowledge of schedule and budget data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation techniques. Working knowledge of MS Office with strong spreadsheet development skills using MS Excel in particular and preferably Primavera scheduling software. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS: The candidate should have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Additional professional certifications are a plus. Work experience should be in Project or Construction Management where schedule and budget management tools and techniques were successfully applied. A valid WashingtonState driver's license, or the ability to obtain one, is required.
ENVIRONMENT: Will generally work in an office environment with occasional field visits to project sites in Washington state. Occasional travel and short term off site re-location might be required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay range for qualified candidates is $95k to 135k annually.
