P&M was contracted to provide subconsultant services to SvR Design Company for proactive Cost Estimating and Critical Path Method Scheduling services for final design of the Barton CSO (Combined Sewer Overflow) Beach Project. Microsoft Project is the schedule tool used to communicate, plan and analyze the project’s WBS and CPM schedule.
