Hreinn Thormar presented Cost Controls of Capital Costs Throughout the Design Phase (CSC.SO3) and Allen Kim presented Applying Earned Value Management in the Construction of Commercial Buildings (EVM.SO1). |

| P&M has been awarded a 3 year Professional Consulting Services agreement with the Washington State Auditor Office as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of project Management and Project Delivery. The SME services by PMSI will support the SAO staff and auditors with their performance audits of public agencies. |
